The Building consist of four floors in an area estimated at about 60,000 square meters consisting of workshops and laboratories and classrooms and halls and student services is large and has room for 900 people equipped with the best techniques, including interpretation .
The date of implementation in 2000 and completed in 2006.
These buildings are designed on the basis of absorption of 4000 students (five-year study).
